The CineDream Grading Challenge ("Challenge") is sponsored by Color Grading Central LLC ("Sponsor").

This Challenge is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Kodak, DJI, Logitech, or any other third party referenced in connection with prizes. All such parties are hereby released from any liability related to this Challenge.

Eligibility

The Challenge is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, reside in a location serviced by UPS Worldwide, and are legally permitted to participate under applicable laws.

The Challenge is void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor may participate but are not eligible to win prizes, at Sponsor's discretion.

Challenge Period

The Challenge begins and ends on the dates listed on the official Challenge page. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Challenge timeline at any time.

Create a video demonstrating use of CineDream software, using either a licensed version or the free CineDream demo version (available at cinedream.io). Use of the demo version, including any visible watermarks, is permitted and acceptable.

Upload the video to YouTube as a public video before the submission deadline. Submit the required entry information via the official entry form linked  on this page.

Each entry must include: full legal name, valid email address, valid phone number, shipping address (for prize fulfillment, if applicable), and a direct link to the YouTube video submission.

Submitted videos must remain publicly accessible on YouTube for at least one (1) year from the submission date. Sponsor does not actively enforce this requirement but reserves the right to disqualify entries that are removed prematurely.

Limit one (1) entry per person.

Content Requirements

To qualify: CineDream must be clearly demonstrated in the video. The video must meaningfully show how CineDream is used. The video must be original content created by the entrant. The video title and/or description must reference "CineDream."

Videos may take any form, including tutorials, walkthroughs, before/after demonstrations, or workflow explanations.

Disclosure Requirement: Each submitted video must include a clear disclosure, either within the video itself or in the video description, stating that the video was created as part of the "CineDream Grading Challenge." Failure to include a disclosure may result in disqualification at Sponsor's discretion.

Rights & Permissions

By submitting an entry, participants represent and warrant that they own all rights to the submitted content or have obtained all necessary permissions. Any third-party materials (music, footage, graphics, etc.) must be original, properly licensed, or used with explicit permission.

Participants assume full responsibility and liability for any copyright or intellectual property claims arising from their submission.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to share, repost, embed, feature, and reference their submitted video or excerpts thereof for promotional, educational, or community-related purposes, without additional compensation.

Copyright ownership remains with the participant.

Judging & Selection of Winners

Videos may be published at any time during the submission window, and judging will be based on a weighted engagement approach using publicly visible metrics collected during a post-submission evaluation period determined by the Sponsor, with no advantage given for submitting earlier or later.

Entries will be evaluated based on overall engagement and usefulness, including but not limited to: viewer engagement relative to channel size, likes and comments, watch-time indicators, and how clearly and helpfully CineDream is explained.

Artificial manipulation of metrics is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: bots, click farms, purchased views/likes/comments, and engagement services of any kind. Organic promotion (sharing with friends, family, or on social media) is allowed.

Finalists may be required to submit screenshots of YouTube Analytics data (including watch time and audience retention) to verify metrics. Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification.

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate irregularities and disqualify entries at its sole discretion.

8.

Prizes

🥇 Grand Prize (1 Winner): Kodak Super 8 camera — Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $5,495 USD

🥈 Second Prize (1 Winner): DJI Mic 3 or equivalent creator gear

🥉 Third Prize (1 Winner): Creator control surface (e.g., Logitech MX Creative Console, or similar)

⭐ Finalists (5 Winners): CineDream Perpetual License (ARV: $249 USD). If a finalist already owns a perpetual license, they may choose one of the following at Sponsor's discretion: an additional CineDream license, or extension of support/updates period by 30 months. Each CineDream license may be activated on up to two (2) machines.

9.

Prize Conditions, Shipping & Taxes

Prizes will be shipped via UPS Worldwide. Winners must reside in a UPS-serviced region.

Winners are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and related costs. Sponsor will declare the full retail value of prizes for customs purposes. Prizes will not be insured during shipment. Sponsor assumes no liability for loss, damage, or delays during shipping.

Winners are solely responsible for any applicable tax obligations, including but not limited to IRS Form 1099-MISC (if required under U.S. law).

10.

Publicity

By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, YouTube channel, and submitted video for announcement and promotional purposes, including email announcements, YouTube content, and the Color Grading Central Facebook group. No additional compensation will be provided.

11.

Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Color Grading Central LLC, YouTube, Kodak, DJI, Logitech, and all affiliated partners and vendors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation, prize acceptance, or use of any prize. Participation is entirely at the entrant's own risk.

12.

Sponsor Discretion & Modifications

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these rules or the spirit of the Challenge, interpret and apply these rules at its sole discretion, and modify, suspend, or cancel the Challenge due to technical, legal, or unforeseen circumstances. All decisions by Sponsor are final.

Governing Law

The Challenge is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
